The Lieutenant sat in his armchair. He was listening to his TARDIS as well as reading H.G. Wells' "The Time Machine". It was an incredibly boring book to him. Why was he reading it again?
Sandy, Catina and Ann were in Alton Towers. Brilliant! Time to himself on his TARDIS.
The Lieutenant eventually put the book down, stood up and went over to the console. He set co-ordinates.
The TARDIS materialised.
The Lieutenant went over to the flap and was about to crawl out when suddenly there was a beeping noise from the console and the TARDIS decided to dematerialise itself. He leapt up and over to the console. "Stop it, I didn't tell you to do that, obey me!" yelled the Lieutenant. "Stop it! Whenever I prepare myself for a nice sun holiday, nope, something's up, the Lieutenant is needed. Fie upon his holiday. Yeah, well, I am sick of it, let me alone," he said.
The TARDIS materialised.
The Lieutenant tried everything on his console but the TARDIS didn't respond. He kicked the console, then exclaimed a rude word. Finally, when he got over his tantrum, he decided to go and see where he was, he went over to the flap and crawled out, then stood up on the other side. "Hello?" he called. "Anybody else there? Where is this place?" he yelled.
