Character Name: Piper Falls
Species: Human
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Height: 5'8"
Figure: Slim, a bit of muscle, tan
Eyes: Cloudy gray, sometimes blue
Hair: Naturally wavy, dirty blonde hair, comes maybe seven inches past her shoulders.
Personality: Piper is strong-willed and independent, she doesn't like it when people try to help her. She won't have a problem saying that to your face, either. She's very bold, and often doesn't listen or take the advice of others. Piper has a positive outlook on her life, but just does not like people in general.
Job: Piper sells pieces of her artwork to make a living, but she also works part-time at a small coffee shop.
Family: She has a mom and a dad, but they're not important to her. She left them in the States while she moved to France to try to make a new life for herself.
Home World: Earth. At the moment, she lives in France, but she grew up in the United States and plans on moving somewhere quiet when she's made enough money.
Likes: Piper likes to be different, she loves animals, enjoys the summer, and loves to look up at the stars. She also likes learning, despite hating school. Piper also loves to draw, paint, and be creative.
Dislikes: Piper really dislikes people, she just feels like they're too stupid and foolish in today's world. She hates school, but only because of the people. She doesn't like the rain, because then she can't sit outside and do her artwork. Piper also doesn't like cities, again because of the people.
Predictably, she also doesn't like talking to people.
Strengths: Doesn't need to depend on people
Weaknesses: Despite hating people, Piper also deals with loneliness and occasional mood swings.
Dream: To make enough money that she can move to the country, and perhaps to meet someone who isn't like normal people.
History: Piper grew up in a normal home, no divorced parents, nothing strange at all. And she hated it. She hated normalcy, didn't believe in being like other people. She always thought that she was better than regular kids at school, and this got her labeled as vain or conceited. Normally she was simply "b****". Piper would often be alone at lunchtime, sitting at an empty table, doing her drawings. No one really cared about her, so Piper never cared about anyone else. In fact, she despised people who led such different lives. She was jealous of them, and they were jealous of her for getting to live such a simple and normal life. She would always tell people that she didn't want a normal life, and they would always laugh at her and say "Hon, everyone wants the life you have."
Piper just wanted to be different, so when she finally graduated high school, she booked a flight out to France to try and sell some of her pieces of art. She started making money, so she rented a small apartment and settled into life there. Piper can't wait until she can be away from people.
RP Example: Piper absolutely hated the coffee shop where she worked part-time. She had only taken this job so that she could support herself better, because she couldn't depend on selling her artwork. All through her shift today, Piper had hoped that something different would happen, something different than the same customers coming into the shop and getting their same drinks. But she only had an hour until the end of her shift, and things weren't looking different at all. There was Amelia, the same woman who came in every day and ordered a cup of coffee. And, just on time, Mr. Henry, who ordered his biscuit and Earl Grey tea. Piper shook her head as she finished up Mr. Henry's order, sighing at the familiar-ness of it all.
Suddenly, the shop's door flew open as a man in a brown trench coat burst into the shop. Something seemed to be chasing him, and he looked quite flustered. "Please," he managed through gasps of air. "You all are in danger," he finished, collapsing in a chair. Well, Piper thought, this was certainly different.
