Personality: He seems stubborn and angry most of the time. He can be fun and mysterious at times though. He enjoys travelling with his companion Clara.

Likes: Saving People. Danger. Time Travelling.
Dislikes: Missy. Danny Pink. Robin Hood.

Job: Time Traveller.

Family: None.

Strengths/Weaknesses:
Strengths: He is very quick thinking. Also Handy with a Spoon.
Weaknesses: He gets angry very easily. And, although he tries to save as many people as he can, he can't save everyone.

Dream: He hopes to find Gallifrey, one day.

History: After Regenerating in the TARDIS (accompanied by Clara Oswald.) he crashed in Prehistoric times, where his TARDIS was swallowed by a Tyrannosaurus Rex. He took the TARDIS (and the Rex) to 1980's London, where the TARDIS was spat out and the Rex was killed by Clockwork Droids. He then later explained to Clara that he wasn't her Boyfriend, as it had appeared in the 11th incarnation.

The 12th has since gone on other adventures with Clara; Inside a Dalek, to Sherwood forest, Robbing the Universes most secure bank, The moon, a space train etc. He has also since met his old foe, the Master...

Roleplay Example: The Doctor landed somewhere he'd never been before. He could tell it was earth, just not a part he'd visited often. He looked around. “Not England, or Wales. Or Ireland or Scotland.” He pulled out his sonic and scanned the air. “Greece. Wonderful!” He sighed. He was in the middle of a garden, surrounded by marble statues. All of them were of the Greek Gods and Myths. He walked around, admiring the statues. Then suddenly, as he turned around, he noticed one of them had moved. “ Oh, this really is wonderful! I was wondering when it would get interesting.”
